Vivian Lucille Beebe, age 84, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012 at her son's residence. She was born on April 12, 1928 in Long Lake, the daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Yost) Green. Vivian (Green) Tucker was united in marriage with Frederick E. Beebe on August 22, 1964. He preceded her in death on April 23, 2008. Vivian lived in the Long Lake area, Flint, Kingston, Hale, and most recently, Wilmot. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing poker, crocheting, casinos and bingo. A couple of times a week she enjoyed going to town for breakfast.
Vivian is survived by four sons and their spouses, Howard & Bonnie Tucker of Kingston, Jim & Pat Tucker of Huntington, Tennessee, Bob & Carol Tucker of Des Moines, Iowa, Bill & Marti Beebe of Milan, Tennessee; Fred's daughters, Sandy Thayer of Hale and Sally Hick of Flint: several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister, Shirley Keezer of Caro, a half-brother and half-sister, Eddie Green and Jacquelin Green; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Howard Tucker and Frederick Beebe; four brothers and one sister, Bill, Howard, Clifford and Bob Green and Mary Allen; and an infant son.
In keeping with Mrs. Beebe's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family remembrance will be held. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the VivianBeebe Family Discretionary Fund, c/o Howard Tucker, 205 W. Sherman St., Caro, MI 48723.
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your dearest Vivian. My family and I wanted to send our deepest sympathy to your family. I wanted to share a comforting thought found in God's Word at Isiah 25:8 where it says in part that death will be swallowed up forever. I hope that your family finds this text comforting as it did me and my family.
